Band: LC Rocks

We have booked the totally far out awesome 80's cover band LC Rocks!  Seriously, these guys are great.  They are out of Austin, and I think they will be totally perfect for our wedding!  They even look the part:

Food

We've booked our caterer - Rhonda's Catering.  During the cocktail hour we are having chips and salsa, and passed tortilla rollups and mini black bean tostadas w/ spinach.  We're doing a plated meal, starting with ramen salad with fresh strawberries, then a choice of green chili pesto chicken or honey jalapeno pork tenderloin with mango chutney - both will be served with rice redley with fresh cilantro, tomatoes, and chili lime dressing, spinach rounds with carmalized onions, jalapeno cheese bread and rolls.

Drinks

We are going to have beer and 3 kinds of punch (in our colors!) - yellow bishop's punch (non-alcoholic), blue margarita punch, and hot pink champagne punch!  We will also have soda and stuff of course.

Dessert

We are having a brides cake and a grooms cake.  The brides will be black fondant w/ a splatter paint effect in our 4 accent colors! Below is my initial drawing of the idea, but the cake will be 5 layers now instead of 4.  Below that is a picture of our baker's experiment with doing neon splattering on black fondant - I'm very excited by how it came out!  Three layers will be french vanilla cake with white chocolate raspberry mousse filling, and two will be decadent chocolate fudge with espresso mousse filling.  All layers will have vanilla buttercream topped with fondant.

My fiance is really into World of Warcraft, so the grooms cake will be dragon/WoW themed.  It will be carrot cake w/ cream cheese icing. 

We will also have pop rocks, razzles, and candy necklaces!
